Feasibility studies, architectural and structural design, and full engineering supervision for a 42,000 square metre logistics hub near the port of Latakia.
Project overview
S.I.S.T. prepared the technical and economic study for the project, including demand analysis for storage space and the hub’s connectivity to the road network and the port, then moved to detailed design of the warehouses, loading area, and administrative buildings.
Our team currently provides engineering supervision during execution, covering review of the contractor’s shop drawings, material approvals, quality control, and monitoring of the programme and payment applications.
