Delivery of six residential blocks totalling 216 apartments, including infrastructure works, finishing, and service facilities within the Dummar master plan in Damascus.
Project overview
S.I.S.T. delivered the third phase of the Dummar residential complex across a total area exceeding 34,000 square metres, covering the reinforced concrete structure, insulation, façades, and full interior finishing of six residential blocks.
Execution was supported by a strict quality-control programme for concrete and steel, with periodic testing approved by the supervising authority, and a phased handover that allowed the client to begin allocating apartments before general site works were completed.
