Dummar Residential Complex — Phase Three
Delivery of six residential blocks totalling 216 apartments, including infrastructure works, finishing, and service facilities within the Dummar master plan in Damascus.
Our work
Laying 24 kilometres of primary and secondary sewer lines with an intermediate pumping station, serving nearly 30,000 residents in the north-western districts of Aleppo.
Project overview
The project replaces the deteriorated legacy network and connects newly developed districts to the main collector through high-density polyethylene lines with diameters ranging from 300 to 800 mm.
Scope includes an intermediate pumping station with a capacity of 120 litres per second, complete with control panels and a standby generator, alongside 410 inspection chambers and road-surface reinstatement above the trench routes.
The project is under execution within a 22-month programme, with more than 60% of the planned line lengths completed to date.
